Most consumers are wondering why should we use spongeless cartridge for Canon / Epson Printers? Why can’t we just use the same sponge cartridge for edible ink?
The entire printer manufactures like "Epson", "HP" & "Canon”, they deigned the ink cartridge for normal document/photo printing purpose. Their cartridges are not meant by used for food industry – edible image market. Most of the edible ink company on the market just replica the OEM cartridge design or even use their recycle product in food industry which is very irresponsible. As we all know; with moist and room temperature, the sponge will easily grew molds, yeast and bacteria.
